30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your mailhui purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Attach the return label and ship the package

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective items or items shipped in error. For all other returns, a €9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to help you find the perfect replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
